Refund & Deferral Policy

At Monglish International Academy, we are committed to providing clarity and transparency regarding your rights as a learner. Below is our official refund and deferral policy, designed to ensure fairness while maintaining the quality of our educational services.

Full Refund Eligibility

Learners are entitled to a full refund if:

• A cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of the payment date, and
• The course has not officially started.
• A processing and administrative fee of 10% will be deducted from the total paid amount.

Deferred Start – Refund Option

If a learner selects a deferred course start date, they may still request a full refund within 14 days of the payment date, provided that:

• No start date has been confirmed, and
• No access has been granted to course materials or live sessions.

No Refund After Course Access

Refund requests will not be accepted if:

• The learner has accessed any portion of the course content,
• Or attended or participated in any live session,
• regardless of the level of engagement.

Course Deferral Policy

Course enrollment may be postponed for up to 12 months from the original payment date. Deferral requests must be submitted in advance and coordinated with our academic team to schedule a new start date.

Non-Transferable Enrollment

All course enrollments are strictly personal and non-transferable.

Refunds do not apply to sessions that have already been accessed. Learner accounts cannot be transferred to another individual under any circumstances.
